SprintPCS sure is quirky lately.

I occassionally check my voice mail from elsewhere when I don't have signal, and lately and frequently, it will say "The Sprint PCS number you have dialed is not in service." (The first time this happened, I panicked, because I had recently paid my bill.) But I hit redial somewhere between 5 and 30 minutes later and my voice mail will pick up. During this time, I have tried to access my account online and when I attempt to log in, it will say my phone number is invalid. I tried to report this to them, but they say it's just me and I should just try again. They asked what browser I'm using and I said Mozilla, but not a single tech I've spoken to has heard of Mozilla. Now, I'm not stupid... I also try logging in with IE before calling for support, so I can verify it's not something weird with my browser. I've still got a year left on my contract...

*Frustrated*

Hey, be happy that you have that good of luck. Up here in maine, you are damn lucky to get a digital signal at all... ok I am exagerating. Digital service is available in southern Maine, but up north (pronounced "NORT")its all analog!!

Have a great night!

While I didn't face the same problems as you with Sprint PCS, similar issues with the service forced me to drop it. Check out my dear John letter to them.
