wtf?
Bloggers are talking about these possible terrorist threats in the US, but the media doesn't have much coverage. Government folks are meeting Monday to discuss the threat, and in the meantime, this is already impacting the value of the dollar. From what I've gathered, intelligence was apparently collected from increasing chatter in the past few days, and may be connected to the holidays. Comments
"Chatter" - something with no known value for predicting anything - indicating no known threat against any specific target on any day, and leading to no testable predictions regarding its veracity... and with no useful way to use the information to protect ourselves... seems to serve only to prey on the fear level of the general population.
