Upgrade

I'm upgrading my Movable Type because I can't figure out how to fix the comment cookie problem. Everything says that it is in fact, setting a cookie. But people are complaining, myself included, that it is not.

So if for some reason, the site is broken later, try back later.

Argh! It works if you comment from within the individual entry. Hence it's setting the cookie from the /archive/ dir, but not from the main site. I *will* figure this out.

Well, I changed some stuff in the individual entry template and comment template. It's been rebuilding since before lunch as my site is so fucking huge. We'll see if it works when it's done.

I can't get the remove pings to work, so all my music pings are causing it to take forever.

There's something in the template that needs to be changed...you were right about the archive thing, it has to be a site-wide cookie.

Not that I can remember how to fix it :/ I surely found the fix on the forums long ago though. Keep trying!
