Nik and I went to The Church On The Hill in San Jose last night for fireworks. It was pretty worth it, because from that high, we saw about 8 other firework shows in the valley, including the ones downtown. Unfortunately, he'd come down from San Francisco, and for an unknown reason, 87 N was closed. By the time I figured out how to get us to 280 using surface streets, he'd missed the last northbound train. I'd like to thank CalTrans for not even posting a detour. I'd also like to thank CalTrain for making the last northbound train at 1044 when fireworks didn't start until 930. Comments
